Gifted ny friend but don't know what to do with it

A neighbor just gave me a set of these; ZSPEC Design Throttle Body Fastener Stainless; and Billet. Where do they go?​

This is from their site. No mention of s650 compatibility.

American Muscle originally supplied them. The S650 has 5 screws visible which are the logical ones to be replaced by these dress up type. Problem is the kit only has enough for 4 . These must be old stock he gave me. Oh well.
