Oil Pressure

I was searching what is the optimal pressure. Mine is when i cold start its 95-105psi. After full warmup idle 30. Normal cruising its between 50-75. With high rpm it goes again 100.

Yeah I’m at 5000 miles and this seems to be normal for me, from what I have read Ford keeps the 5.0s oil pressure high on purpose…

I am seeing 26psi at idle warm pressure rise with rpm. Camshaft posistion control uses oil pressure to change camshast timing. I'm guessing that takes alot of work at high RPM.

Add me to the oil pressure question...
19 lb of oil pressure in track mode at idle ,hot.
Normal mode is 24 lb of oil pressure hot.
