Slowly making it my own. Bought with 7 miles on the odo, Have 650 now. RTR Spec2 kit purchased, just waiting on getting it installed. Did get the wheels and tires mounted up last night.

I really like that they fill up the wheel wells and even with stock ride height really increase the stance of the car.

The bronze really sets off the , blue of the car. On my old e36 M3 I had a set of Rc-041's That I redid in bronze/gold and it really set off the car imo. I wanted to replicate that here with the Mustang.

And I have to say, Ford really knocked it out of the park with this design, You can see the euro influences, while still being distinctly American.

Thank you, really loving the car. 654 miles now, and finally got to open it up. Thoroughly impressed. I have a pile of parts to add on in the next couple of weeks in order to keep personalizing it and improving the performance.

I ended up buying every @RTR Vehicles piece that I could of the spec-2 kit before realizing that it could be bought from a dealer as a package. Their website didn't have an option to order a complete spec-2 package. I now find myself in a dilemma, as I have everything except the decals, floormats, emblems and Serialized plaque (Basically what you cant buy separately). It would cost me 2-3k to return everything to the vendors I bought it from when factoring in shipping and restocking fees. I'll be having the Lebannon ford performance dealer install the kit so I can keep my factory warranty, I'm wondering if I am at their authorized dealer or I went to their home shop If they would allow me to purchase and they install the rest of the kit to make it a full spec-2 car. Since I have 95% of the stuff seems a shame not to make it a full spec-2 car without having to spend an exorbitant amount of money/time returning everything and then buying a complete kit (which the coilovers are out of stock until may, I got the last set).

I have done the same thing but I couldn't justify the extra money from a dealership for the badges and graphics etc. Doing the build myself but Iam also doing other things anyways so it won't be a true spec 2. Wanted something different. My Mustang is built but waiting at the plant due to a wrong emissions label. Probably won't ship till next week now so looks like maybe end of month I will get it. Thought long and hard about the gloss black Aero 5's but decided on something different for wheels. Looking forward to seeing the progress on yours.
