Yep, had them powder coated black. $100/wheel, cheaper than replacement wheels.

Looks really good. Couple questions. Is it reversible if you decide to go back to the aluminum look? And how long does the powder coating last before you need to get it done again?

in all honesty, does anyone look at these strips and actually like them / want them on their
S650?

Stripes are very Subjective.
They look good on some Color Combinations.
It just depends on how you want your Mustang to stand out?
The Shelbys look outstanding with the Stripes.
When I ordered our GT Premium I did not order the Stripes.
I’m Neither here or there on the stripes.
But,
It really doesn’t matter one way or another.

Great looking car and wheels. I too have an Atlas Blue GT w/301A pkg but mine came with the stock 18" wheels which are gloss black. Did yours already come with 19" wheels when you bought it? I'm looking into maybe going from 18" to 19" wheels on mine but I want them all the same size (not staggered) so I can still rotate them.

Mine had the 19s. It was off the lot. I wouldn’t have ordered it with them knowing I was gonna replace them as it was an added cost. I like the square setup too. Staggered is cool but i ran squared on my s550 Performance Pack and was very happy

Thanks for the reply. I like the looks of the 19" performance pack wheels that were an option on the GT's but those are staggered and I'm not sure if you can run the same size tires all around? I don't know if the same sized tires would fit on the the staggered wheel set up? I might have to look around and buy some aftermarket wheels so I can run a square setup.

yea i did a lot of research. Tried to find good pricing and something i really wanted. Local ended up working out as I was able to get better tires for what I wanted and it was way less than the online sellers even with the Black Friday deals. Plus if I have an issue I go right back to them. I wanted flow forged for lighter wheel. I’m not racing and as a daily me spending the money on fully forged just doesn’t make sense. But these are 20.7 lbs a piece so definitely lighter than the stock wheels.

Finally had a clear day to wash it this morning . Looks a treat & more. Had exhaust tips done Friday (4”). Also had wheel alignment done yesterday, so glad i did as both fronts were quite ‘toed’ in.
