Ford has done a lot of odd things recently with specs, but so frustrating that the ONLY way to get Blue Ember on a Dark Horse is to also go with a black roof. Makes no sense. I can’t stand that two-tone roof-to-body-color look. So much sleeker looking and more beautiful as one color.

Get painted stripes, then no black roof and they look awesome.

I have no problem with the black roof. You really only notice it when viewed from higher than the car. Like when the car is in the garage and from the house door I am above the car.
I actually had never even noticed the black roof before I read this thread.

I care more about how the quick the car is on the track, how well it drives on the street and how comfy the seats are on my tired old bone rack. On all those counts it's a win. I do wish it weighed 3 or 4 hundred pounds less than it does, the increasing lard in Mustangs is not a good trend.

Initially, I wasn't quite sure of the black roof, but when I went to view one in person it looked way better as it blends with the front and rear windows. I was going to order one without, but opted to go with a '24 with the painted roof as I loved it.
