Introducing the RTR Active Cat-Back exhaust for the 2018+ Mustang GT's!
Vaughn Gittin Jr. and the RTR engineering team worked on this one, and the goal seems to be getting more character out of the Coyote without turning it into something obnoxious at cruise. It keeps the factory active exhaust functionality, so you've still got your Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Track modes to play with.
The kit features the SwitchFire Resonator Delete X-Pipe combined with 3" T-304 stainless tubing. Then on the back end utilizes axle-backs with Polyphonic Harmonizer mufflers, four-chamber units inspired by a pipe organ design. The idea is multiple internal passages of different lengths/diameters blending the frequencies into something fuller instead of just loud, without choking flow. Finished off with 4" satin black tips.
If you've got a 2024+ GT with the factory single-tip setup, we've also recently dropped the Quad Tip Conversion Kit separately that lets you go quad-tip with this system.
