My exhaust tips are not the same height

Anybody else have this "issue". Looks like the passenger side muffler is lower.

I have it as well. Annoys me every time I see them. But maybe because I am super picky.

I had the same issue but with depth. When I had my Hpipe installed the guy I go to is insane at attention to detail. He lined everything up before welding and clamping. Had me look at it on the lift to agree it's square, then welded and clamped.

Side note, I got the roush hpipe, so it can clamp on the rear side but this guy said it's better to weld on the rear side and stick with the production clamps on the engine side. Less chance of leaks. So he trims the rear side clamp part and welds.

This can be fixed with a little tweaking if your mechanically inclined.

Maybe camera angle on my part but that looks totally F'd

I mean I do not have a scale but left looks 1" give or take and right is multiple inches 2+ from what I see.

I had the same issue, had Ford dealership adjust them at no cost.

Careful if you touch them tips, I cut TF out of my hand, and I was being careful

My 2024 DH measures within 1/8" of identical from the body/valance and appears almost perfect visually protruding from the back valance. That would drive me nuts. Dealer should be able to fix it, or if your dealer isn't game to help pay a reputable shop to fix it for you if it's not something you want to tackle.

Crawled under there yesterday. Tips on the driver side are perfect. Tips on the passenger side stick out further and are almost an inch lower.

Even my Ram 1500 has the tips perfect and they are not known for quality.

Really do not want the grunts at the dealerships to try to fix this. Looks to be no easy solution.

I thought Ford quality was getting better?

Same from the factory as well. When I put the h-pipe on (myself), it seemed a bit more pronounced. I may take it to a shop if it starts to annoy me too much. Or maybe get a second set of eyes when I'm under the car to look and twist/lift from the muffler side.
