Merry Christmas to you as well..Congrats Luckydog7 on your 2024 Dark (Hotse) Horse!! I'm wondering if you had any notifications from Ford or Dealer about your order. Other then the confirmation email from FORD that they got your order, did you get any emails/texts about scheduled/build/shipping on your car? I ordered one on 7/17 and got my Ford email about my order. I ordered a Dark Horse Premium with HP, Painted Hood and stripes, AT10 and other than the FORD confirmation haven't heard a peep.... I've been looking elsewhere country wide to find the same specs I have but found one with it but with my secondary color.... Pondering on what to do. In the forums, I'm reading a few folks are getting cancellation notices of their cars.....

Initially my dealer caller and said if you cancel the handling package you'll get it delivered sooner, which I said no way. Then every 45 days I got a notification from Ford that status was "still processing" Those notifications suddenly stopped around September. Then it was silence. Which prompted me to start calling the Ford help line and the Chat service available online. I gave them the dealer code and VIN once it was assigned. I just started hitting the c hat box every week. This was my big feedback complaint to Ford, lack of communication.
