Hello all.

I just picked up this Dream car of mine. A lightly used only 900 miles Dark Horse Shadow Black with the following specs:

700A
Appearance Package
Handling Pack
Security Package
Recaro Sears
Termec 6-Speed Manual

The only thing it doesn't have which I didn't want is the Carbon Fiber wheels.

I had been searching a while and got lucky and found this one with everything I wanted including a Whipple for under MSRP I could not pass it up. I basically got the Whipple for free.

I was "told" by the dealer that the owner Special Ordered it with the Whipple and then brought it back and said he didn't like the Manual and wanted a automatic. His loss my gain.

I have been loving the car so far and will post updates here as I do them. I have already done some and will post those I have done.

This first thing I did was PPF all around the car and removed the hood decal. I also had the windows re-tinted. The previous owner had 30% all the way around. I did 20% in the sides and 5% on the back and side panel windows. I had the front done at 70% with a 5% strip across the top.

I also hated the "Eyebrows" in the front so I had them wrap the gray eyebrows and the part of the front bumper black. I left the snorkel's gray. Let me know what you think.

Hmmm, doing the eyebrows and leaving the snorkels is a nice touch. I like it. Tinting is always up to the person driving.

Decided to black out the lights.

MP Concepts LED Side Markers (Not pictured was just a brown box.)
Form Lighting LED Rear Reflectors; Smoked
Form Lighting LED Reverse Light; Smoked
Form Lighting LED Tail Lights; Black Housing; Smoked Lens

I went with the MP Concepts LED Side Markers instead of the Form brand because the MP Concepts appear to be darker in photos then the Form which look more smoked.

Taking off the rear bumper on a brand new car was not for the faint of heart... but was really not that bad and it made it super easy installing the reverse light and the Rear Reflectors. Form makes everything so easy just plug and play. No cutting or splicing wires.

The only snafu was I broke the white clips that hold the taillights but it sounds like that happens to everyone... The are still mounted firmly. Those are the white clips in between the blue clips.

Side shot. You can see how dark the MP Concepts LED Side Markers are. They look really good.

And finally the back end shot.

The lights are all bright and look really good. I am very pleased and happy with the outcome.
