Weren't they on stop sale before due to recalls?
I would hope the trend continues! The sales part, not the recall part.
If you mean the stop sale for the water intrusion, I think that was summer. Unless you mean a different stop sale, then I'm not sure.

Hopefully 👍🏻

On pace with the last two years, but behind 2022/2023. Jan/Feb 2025 were unusually low.

Sorry, I meant they are behind 22/23. They are ahead of 2024 (the worst year ever)...by 36 cars.
2026 is also 2,700 mustang sales ahead of 2025 already, and the total sales of 2025 grew from the total sales of 2024.

So the trend continues, as I stated.

You gotta see the whole year. Each year has good months and bad months. So you can't really say much yet.

It's all relative to what you compare it to.

"Better than last year" sounds better than "Same as the worst year ever" or "Less sales than the 3rd and 4th worst years ever"

Again, it's only two months. There is usually month where they sell 6500 or a month they only sell 1200 which changes the whole year.

Dude, what are you talking about? All I did was post February sales 😂 Sales get posted every month.

You're the one that came in saying "on pace with the last two years but behind 2022..."

So take your advice.

Blue line is this year...middle of the pack so far. Sales are below 3 of the last 5 years at this point so let's not get too excited about 'the trend'

That graph shows me that the s650 is having its best start of a year yet with it being its third year in after raising the price $7k.

Tuning is open, thats what i waited for...im sure many did.....also further time away from the stopping of Challenger, Charger, and Camaro V8s ( i love my 25 401a GB AE; however if you want an American V8 there was only ONE choice, with tuning open and no options it should continue to improve!
We are literally a captive market, which is bad for us but I picked up a high trim on a decent end of year sale for Christmas, the 26s same trim were 10k more).

Here's my question:

Over the last 4 years, Ford has sold about 45,000 Mustangs a year.

Cool.

Where did the 20-30,000 Camaro buyers, and 45-55,000 Challenger buyers from that time go? They aren't buying Mustangs.

I realize that most people don't switch between Chevy and Ford, but you'd think they would capture some of those 65-85,000 muscle car customers.

Being as how I've owned a 67 Camaro that I purchased 40 years ago from my Uncle, whom purchased it new ( closes to a dad i ever had ), and being as how i built a 434ci Sleeved LS7 with Frankenstein LS7 heads and holley hi ram at 12 to 1 compression converting to a Holley ECU and Digital Dash....8000rpm and expecting near 800hp NA, alokg with a 4l80e with FTI triple disc lock up....all just about done, 2 more trips back home id say and she is ready again....

Id say after countless procharged, nitrous, NA sbc, bbc ( lots of them up to 1500hp), and about my 4th LS...im a Chevy guy....lol...

I waited for 3 things, WILL THEY see the error of their ways? Bring it back or just keep production.
2. And i confirmed this, the loss of Challenger/Charger is killing Dodge dealers they were their most consistent moving unit, so would they pivot ( nope ).
3. Waited for Tuning to be available cause im not buying it till i gave it about 6 months with tuning support........

I rewarded FORD as a life long Chevy guy for NOT bending the knee like Chevy and Dodge did, in addition I was driving and pricing slightly used 6th Gen Camaros and 1320 Dodge Challengers I went literally 2k miles on the search......

What I concluded is Carfax isnt worth the hosting bandwidth, I almost bought 3 wrecked cars with clean carfax, ONE 1320 damn near got by me, then I seen a little dirt under the clear just a hint and broke out the soft magnets sure enough it needed a quarter panel, I even stopped by pointless dent repair which measured paint and confirmed....all had clean carfax and this is the 5th time since 2018 thats happened, I had to ger a lawyer and unwind a deal in 2018, as a result I concluded there is nothing but a new car as an option these weren't mom and pops these huge dealers are buying wrecked crap and having them fixed and selling them with clean carfax...its real and I proved it....I got so mad I had a nose bleed....ALL these used cars were within 4-9k of what I got my 12 mile ( while they are 3 years old with 15-35k), loaded Mustang for, and I've lost 306lbs and the mustang was by far the most comfortable......
I came the the conclusion, my S650 was inevitable......... ;)

I think a lot of Chevy and Mopar guys are waiting to see what happens with used market and see if they reverse coarse, Dodge is really suffering the dealers told me themselves........for me I came out the wheelchair, lost 306lbs, got my grandson into Kindergarten; it was my time.......

Boost by next year, maybe some Nitrous for now ( small shot )...

My dealer had 10 new Mustangs on the lot with more (including my new 2026 GT premium vert) soon to arrive. I haven't seen that big an order from them for some time now. Maybe they know something about pending demand?
