The Mustang has been going DOWN in Year to Year sales since 2015

I don't think you know how sales work. January will usually be the lowest month with spring/summer being the highest months. You don't pick the lowest month and x12 lol Just like you don't pick the highest month and times it by 12.

That's why you compare January to the previous January, February to the previous February etc.

Sales have been flat since covid.

Still the highest selling sports car and it's not even close. Second is Corvette which has sank like a rock recently and it's half of mustang sales.

Edit: You said sales went down every year... They picked up last year even with a two month stop sale.

You didn't even look at that sales chart, did you? Only twice in the 12 full years listed was January the lowest month for sales, and a couple times the worst sales months were in the summer.

I think we're all happy to see sales appear to pick up, but last year's 3% increase in sales came after a historic low for the brand. January 2025 Mustang sales were also the lowest dating back all the way to at least 2014 according to that chart. Context matters.

Winter is always worst for sports cars, and spring summer is best. So don't even try to argue that point. A month might be lower because of a stop sale or something, but winter is worse and spring/summer is best.

Mustang sales went up last year after they upped the price by $6-7k, and after it not being the debut year, and after there was a stop on sale for two months. After all that they rose. And they're continuing to rise.

No matter what you say, a 50 percent increase from the previous same month is good news. No matter what you say at all lol

In the words of the great Winston Wolf...."Let's not start sucking each others d---s yet"

Lower than the same month in 2024 which was the worst sales year ever

Let's see what a couple months look like.

Higher than the same month in 2025 when sales went up can be said too.

But I'm just judging month by month, and they went up by 50 percent. They may go lower, who knows. But the better sales trend is continuing from mid 2025, which is good.

Let's look at the sales numbers for a bit.

Sort of.

The lowest months are September and October. Makes sense with the new model year switchover.

July-November is the worst sales period of the year. Feb-May is the best sales period.

Summer is the worst sales period for Mustang. So throw the 'Mustangs sell in the summer' out the window.

Spring is the highest sales. Winter is second best, mostly being dragged down by January which is the 10th worst Month. The best month of the year is March.

I don't know who counts December as Fall and March as Winter. Technically it may be, I'm not sure, but when I say Winter I'm talking about December and January. I'm talking cold months are worse for sports cars and months that start to get warm are best.

Edit: so I just looked it up and you're going by astronomical seasons. See if meteorological seasons, change that chart any lol

Winter is December 21 to March 20

But go ahead and make up your own seasons.

December is 6th in sales so call that the worst, too.

Nope, it's called astronomical seasons and meteorological seasons.

When people talk weather, they're talking about meteorological seasons.

Dec-Feb still outsells Jun-Aug, historically. By about 2.5%
And what does any of this have to do with sales being up 50 percent over last January lol

It doesn't have anything to do with that. It's the same people month after month that take offense to sales going up. The same people that aren't interested in s650s but join s650 forums 😂

I said winter is worse, spring/summer is best. I guess its "winter is worse, spring is best". Hope you sleep better now 😂 Point still stands.

Summer is worse than Winter. Not best.

And Fall is the worst. Not Winter.

1. Spring
2. Winter
3. Summer
4. Fall

It just puzzles me when people make incorrect statements when the numbers are literally right in front of them.

As someone else said:
