Mustang hits rev limiter at 6000 Rpms while driving.

Note: Through testing the Rev limiter does not activate at 6000 all the time. Perhaps one out of four or five. Other than that, normal.

Ive heard of this happening on manual cars.
I have had the engine "cut power", maybe even at 6000 rpm, but its only when i'm hot dogging on a back country road power slide. definitely when I forgot to turn off TC. but not for sure if the light flashes. it is definitely an abrupt power cut like the car doesn't trust me anymore. which is weird because it always slid fine before in sport mode with TC on. I'm hoping this isn't a new thing. or maybe if I don't drive it as frequent the car "forgets" me

hey I just thought of something. out of curiosity go into your settings unless you know, what is your launch control RPM set at? just wondering if it's 6000 which is probably nuts anyway
