We've seen the dash cluster from the Detroit Auto Show car photos. Ford finally updated the catalog to include DH SC hardware and I spotted this...

Great find. This airbox, the dash animation and all the references to the Boss 429 teal color shows it was a last second change for sure.

I was a fan of “GTD-lite” or GTD-S, something that classes it as street version GTD

super interesting the, dark horse boss was definitely floating around as a name, must not have tested well.

I love the idea of killing off the Shelby name, obviously they should’ve brought SVT back and named it cobra
I wouldn’t mind Dark Horse SVT. Would tie in that old Cobra crowd while using a new name without sounding corny.

Just “Boss” would’ve been cool too since that was their in house nameplate.

OK, I'm the outlier, don't like Boss or Mach. Bosses were quite unpleasant when I was an apprentice, being the very bottom of the mechanic totem pole.
I do like SC because I know it means supercharged
Or does it mean Super Cobra... :inspect:
