Has anyone installed the Mach 1 Handling Package Wheels on their 2024+ GT?

It’s my understanding you can’t just bolt them on they will rub…

Fronts are 19x10.5 with a 24mm offset.

I got an amazing deal on them so I’m going to try them — $380 New from Ford Accessories after my points and a 20% off code.

It’s my understanding that I need the following:

1) Dark Horse Adjustable Camber Plates

2) Dark Horse or other Front Fender Arch

I have the camber plates - my car is whippled and not lowered.

Anyone else done this? I’ve searched and some were almost successful but looks like they never ran the camber plates…

When I searched the forums the only folks I found that had done this don’t seem to be active any longer and ended up with some fitment issues but weren’t running the adjustable camber plates …

Thanks in advance!

That sounds not far off from the Dark Horse wheels width and backspacing.

The front fender arch is not a necessity but maybe will keep it from looking like it sticks out. I doubt the adjustable camber plates are necessary, either, as my Dark Horse has a street alignment.

Tires matter a bunch. The original Pirelli 305 tires have a narrow tread. I now have Michelin PS4S in the same size, and they are fatter. Still fit.

I have not installed Mach 1 wheels on an S650, but if I had to guess, they are going to fit.

Yeah they are identical in size / specs to the dark horse handling package wheels.

I can’t see how they wouldn’t fit unless there is some inherent internal difference between the Dark Horse and the GT PP.

thanks for the feedback

I do not know if there are any other physical difference between your car and my car in terms of the fenders or fender wells - for instance, the driver side has slots in the fender well to let air out from the oil cooler, which is installed ahead of the tire. If you have the performance package you may have those, too.

As @Junkyard Dog says, keep the front tire size down... brands vary in actual size, even though same rated "size" tire, check specs for actual dimensions.

As I research this more it looks like what might actually be an issue is at full wheel lock / turn- so I’m looking into adjustable steering locks if that is indeed the issue.

I plan on running PS4S.

looking positive- worst case I try them and sell them and get new wheels lol 😝

thanks for the comments much appreciated

For whatever it is worth, I am running PS4S 305/30R19 on 10.5" OEM wheels with no issues. I am just commenting that they are a different size from the same supposed size in Pirelli Trofeo RS (front and rear).

How does the inside of the barrel/hub of the Mach 1 wheel compare to the DH wheel? Curvature of the spokes in/out and thickness of spokes might cause interference with the brake caliper, as well as how much/little "lip" the wheel has.

I installed the Non-Handling Pack Optional Y Spoke Wheels from my 2021 Mach 1 on my Non-Handling Pack 2025 Dark Horse. The 2021 wheels fit the 2025 car fine except I had to change the TPMS Sensors. The TPMS sensors on the 2024+ cars use a different frequency so a 2024+ car will not read sensors from an earlier car.

Yes...

And I talked to Ford Performance.

The will absolutely fit - as a matter of fact the entire suspension which Ford claims they won't sell separate on the FP800S ($18,500K Kit) Setup is available.

What is needed to make everything work is (and ordered):

M-18000-F - Handling Package (Track) Struts and Shocks $645

M-5300-S65T - Springs (1" Track) $338

M-FR3-F6 - Handling Pack Fastening Kit (They are single use bolts in the suspension) $146

M-18183-MDH - OEM Dark Horse Adjustable Camber Plates $362

Any 19x10.5" F and 19x11"R wheels with 305/30 Front Tires and 315/30 Rear Tires - with the caveat that the offsets are correct: 24mm for front and 52.5mm rears. If the offset is slightly off then you may need to run a small compensating spacer - say 3mm - and run the spacer on the front and rear if you use a spacer to keep the geometry the same. - Mach1 Wheels are $1356 after 20% discount.

Then with my AVANT membership I was able to source Michelin PS4S tires for $1500 in those sizes..

So basically what that means is - for around $3K + labor after selling my wheels and tires I was able to not only move up to a sincerely badass setup basically matching what is on the new Ford Performance FP800S kit - which, of course, is built to handle the extra weight of the supercharger.

Photos coming once everything arrives!!!
