They are in Venice in Islandwalk @ West Villages. A very similar house about 10 houses down the street from them just went up for sale. It was built/bought in 2014 for $340,700. It's listed for just under $700,000 (102.5% increase) today. Not going down anytime soon in THAT area.It's definitely varied depending on what area of the state. The Ft Meyers area for example inventory is roughly double what it was a year ago. Tampa only like 20-30% higher. But eventually more inventory = lower prices. The price correction is just barely starting now. Give it six months and I think it will become more apparent. I probably won't buy down there for 3-5 years so lots of time to monitor the housing market.
