It's definitely varied depending on what area of the state. The Ft Meyers area for example inventory is roughly double what it was a year ago. Tampa only like 20-30% higher. But eventually more inventory = lower prices. The price correction is just barely starting now. Give it six months and I think it will become more apparent. I probably won't buy down there for 3-5 years so lots of time to monitor the housing market.
They are in Venice in Islandwalk @ West Villages. A very similar house about 10 houses down the street from them just went up for sale. It was built/bought in 2014 for $340,700. It's listed for just under $700,000 (102.5% increase) today. Not going down anytime soon in THAT area.

Mine as well.
So you did ship yesterday? Then the tracker still acts the same. Congrats on your shipment.

The tracker says shipped 3/25, but no "check mark". Green dot only.

UPDATE:
I went to the dealer this morning. Can't lock in 1.9% rate, but they don't expect the rate to rise after 4/2/24.
VinView indicates car is in Boston with an ETA of 3/30-4/12.

If the 1.9% you're referring to is a special financing program from Ford Credit, then the rate is gone when the program expires.

The only current program I'm aware of that includes the Mustang is Program #20068, and that expires on 4/2/2024.

1.9% APR for 36 months
2.9% APR for 48 months
3.9% APR for 60 months
5.9% APR for 72 months

Did you get an email from Ford that your Mustang was built? When I received the email from Ford, pictured below was in that email. I am not sure about the fine print, but it said you could apply and lock in the existing rate. Worth a shot.

I had already applied and had been accepted for the 1.9% for 36 months. However, that expires today, so I'll have to apply again once the car gets here. Their approval is only good for 30 days.
