LED's on the doors ?

I'm wondering what this is. It's on both doors. Is it a LED light ? I can't see it light up if it is. Was thinking it would light up when the car is locked ...

Sadly they are not lighting. Maybe i'll look tonight when dark .... which makes no sense

In bright light its hard to see. Green led would show better.

Mine light up for a period of time after you lock it, then they go out. Don't recall how long. And, yes, they are very dim, so hard to see in the daylight.

They do work if you call it that. Very very dim red. Impossible to see in the daytime.

When the doors are locked the little RED light on the door lock isn't that difficult to see on our 2024 GT.
It’s tiny but you can see it ok.
