Kooks vs Stainless Power 1-7/8" Long tube headers??

Significantly lower price compared to a Kooks set with cats....

We've ran both in the past and really comes down to sound, price point, brand loyalty etc..

Currently on our Whipple 24, we're running the Lethal Performance longtubes, by Kooks. Great, free flowing setup. At a pretty competitive price point as well.

If price is your main concern, I’d wait for Black Friday at this point
My kooks were 1100 last year black Friday, probably more inflation into this years prices.
But you should be able to save a big chunk.

side note my car sounds SOOOO GD NASSSSTY
I did kooks LTs into factory res/back originally then had the resonator and neck down cut and jones max flow dual 3” x muffler welded in

I’m in love with the sound

Thanks! I’m definitely not in a rush. I’ll probably wait. I have an AWE touring axle back on it right now but I’m sure the long tubes will add some noise

I have krooks cat delete with a double h pipe and love them. Not so sure bout the others tho.

Went with lethals kooks headers and I’m not disappointed. You get what you pay for. Fitment is perfect and quality is perfect no issues. Ended up pairing it with an AWE switch path exhaust sounds great nice and deep

Is this the Dark Horse, video from 2 months ago, "Can it run 8s?"

Is there no high rpm horsepower to be gained at that level by using the Kooks 2" headers instead of the 1 7/8" headers?
