I received my GT on 4/4/24. My sticker indicated no "Gas Guzzler" tax, but did mention the Start/Stop system.
When I pull up to a stop light, I do as the manual says; Stop vehicle, shift into Neutral, and release the clutch & accelerator pedal. The engine does NOT Stop running! I haven't messed with the Stop/Start button.
In reading the manual on page 161, the stop/start system should be working, but is not - AND I AM OK WITH THAT!
What is the experience of other recent builds with manual transmissions?

I saw your post previously, but I have never seen that message. As you know, we both have been dealing with ensuring our batteries' are fully charged.
I don't think the TSB has anything to do with the message. It's just saying GTs built from 11/15/23 - 3/24/24 may have inoperative auto start/stop. Mine isn't working either.

LOL OP looks like Ford will need to issue a recall to fix your car! 😜 Take it in 'asap' for a 'fix'.
