SYNC 4 is a PIA compared to previous version. The one in my S550 was simple and reliable. SYNC 4 is just the opposite. I don’t listen to the radio often but I shouldn’t have to go through the change of life trying to figure out how to do it when I want to. One time I will start the vehicle and everything comes up perfectly but it has no sound. The next time the screen may be blank. The next time it loads and plays flawlessly. Just a hit or miss system! Eventually it will work if you turn it off and open the door and restart it once or twice or more! Did I mention it’s a PIA?
