Instrument cluster inoperable

Any one haveing trouble with instrument cluster not working. It’s the left side. Right side works radio side. Took to dealer and they did an update. It worked when I picked it up made two stops on way home and still worked. Next morning it was not working again.

You can try a battery disconnect/reconnect. IIRC, there was a recall for this.

Meh, maybe not so much as I read the Updatr details. It’s more geared towards the “Infotainment” side.

There was a recall involving the Instrument Panel Cluster. But that was 2024, a fix was implemented and I thought the issue closed.

What is the Model Year of the car?

Has the dealer cleared the vehicle of all outstanding recalls?

Is the car receiving Over The Air updates?

When did the problem start?
