@Laker701 @Silverstone ..... re installing ANY strut tower brace up to 2024 (and I believe up to 2026) the strut tower nuts are ONE TIME USE. Ford specifies that somewhere. In fact you should really torque it to 80% of its value wait 60 minutes then final torque it to full specification. Using the old nuts can first, cause the strut tower bolts to stretch as it is easier to over torque "used" nuts and second, the nuts have an friction coating to prevent loosening under torsional load. You can order the nuts from Ford and they aren't expensive but they are ONE use by design. If you used the old ones maybe back them off a bit (not loose) until you get the new ones. I forget the torque value but it may be 38 inch pounds - definitely double check that. Ford also makes a very solid strut tower brace although it's not as sexy as Steeda......and don't forget Anchor Room will make a custom plate for your strut tower brace in a variety of configurations and in the color of your Mustang with the VIN on it (if you want) in a variety of designs. IMO reasonably priced and super cool. I'll try to attach a pic of mine. My 2024 GT is Vapor blue metallic so is the Anchor Room strut plate! Cheers.

I was considering either ford performance track springs or Steeda minimum drop but I’m open to suggestions.
My next question would be if I’m doing springs should I do dampeners as well. I don’t mind spending the additional money if it’s worthwhile. I was considering bilstein b6 here but again would like any feedback.
I would go with either the Steeda or BMR minimum drop springs. The spring rates on the BMR are just very slightly stiffer than stock S550 PP springs. The Steeda are a little stiffer than the BMR but not a whole lot. The Ford Performance track springs will drop the car a little more if that's what you want.

For dampers I recommend either the Ford Performance track or Bilstein B6. Both are mono tube designs.

On my S550 I had BMR minimum drop springs with Bilstein B6 struts and shocks. (Also the BMR cradle lockout.) It rode somewhat stiffer than stock but handled way better with a 285/35 square setup.

On Mustang6g there are lots of positive reviews of the Ford Performance track dampers. They seem to work well not only with the FP track springs but with the Steeda minimum drop springs or the stiffer BMR handling springs.
