Probably an old new for most, but this nice remote feature (be warned about the vehicle moving while parked AKA stolen) will be disabled by Dec 15th 2025 in Europe (and so for the Mach-E; not sure about the other equipped Ford). The feature was provided by an UK operator and it's coming to an end.
At the moment we don't know if it'll be incorporate in a future (paid) subscription as Ford is reviewing the current ones, but it's a shame as it was useful and especially it is affecting the some insurance companies (being equipped with a comparable antitheft GPS system, will give a substantial discount).
Remote start, revving (where available) and the related "connected" feature are unaffected.

Being pragmatic about this discontinuance... It probably will be moved in house. After all, Ford Connect is becoming more profound as time goes on. Another good example is inter-vehicle communications. While touted as a safety feature, it is yet another Big-Brother addition to the mix. We're all diminished!
