Flat Tire this morning (pictures)

So this happened just a few moments ago. The “tire repair kit” didn’t work. Having it towed to replace the tire.

What was the issue with the repair kitt? didnt turn on? was not powerfull enough to inflate?
i never used one yet..but if they are faulty, id like to check it and know what to look for!

It turned on and everything, just didn’t “patch” the hole and didn’t inflate.

Does a spare fit in the trunk? Anybody know? If it does then I’m planning on buying a spare.

There are spares that fit , there is a place for them in the trunk...but i see you have Brembo calipers...i dont know if all spare tires work with them....

From ezspare I just bought 19 in clears the brakes and fits the compartment

I have been trying to find a spare tire for my 2024 mustang GT with Brembo brakes. I cannot find that Ford has a spare tire if you have Brembo brakes. A company called Modern Spare does have a spare tire that they claim fits the 2024 mustang GT with Brembo brakes. I have not tried this spare tire. If anyone has please let me know.

When you ordered the Tow, did you ask a special one for Mustangs? or any tow will work?

You have to specify that your car is a rear wheel drive. Because the Mustang is, they’ll either send a flat bed truck or they will put little wheels on your rear wheels so that your transition and differential don’t get messed up.

I guess I'm lucky! Since I began driving (age 14, now 84) I have had one flat tire which left me unable to drive to a repair station. Now that my Eco-Boost Premium doesn't have a spare, I don't care. I'll just call AAA.

By the way, I would never allow my car to be towed unless it was on top of a platform tow vehicle.
