My dealer in Murphy, NC did the same thing twice for my Ford Escape oil changes, put 5W-20 instead of the 5W-30 I requested. Both times it was late in the afternoon and the second time when I complained to the service manager they were willing to change it, but really don't trust them now. Went to another dealer for an oil change on my new F-150. Much better service and they have more experienced techs at Quick Lane which will also do other minor repairs.I think the S550 was 5w-20 but i can’t remember. Honestly it should be ok but i wouldn’t push it past 3k miles on the change with the meat these things make causing viscosity to fall faster. But if you want 5w-30 I’d call them and tell them to make it right and they should because the manual says 5w-30
