I knew it would be a wait, since Ford does not build the Performance Package Dark Horses over the winter. This is the first car I have ever custom ordered, so it is a big deal for me.

Depending on actual touchdown date you may wind up with one of the first 2025 Dark Horse HP cars delivered. I haven’t heard of a single one spotted on the streets yet and given how early they seem to shut down a current year’s production I was starting to wonder if any 2025 HP cars would even be built.

Trust me when I tell you it’s a really special car and you are going to be pleased beyond expectations!

I knew my dealer was only getting one Dark Horse allocation per year, so I was there when the order banks for 2025 opened last July. I only wish I could find someone who works at the assembly plant so I could get pictures of her on the assembly line.... Would go nice to the framed window sticker I plan on hanging in my room.

I originally had a 2024 ordered. Never built. Order was updated to a 25. Fully loaded with CF rims that just went from in production to built Friday. Looking forward to shipped..
