Yeah I had an issue once with their progressive lowering springs. I emailed them and they emailed me back asking for more info. Never heard back in regards to the next steps, and this was in March 2024. Eventually they released a video of issues or workarounds for the lowering springs on the S650. Ended up switching out with Ford Performance springs although FP customer service is hit and miss with anything lolI get the frustration. But.....My only thought is if you contacted Steeda CS first you could have gotten a true sense of what their level of response is. Maybe they would have refunded your $65 and responded the way you wanted.
You could still have posted your experience here but also would be able to share information on how good or bad their CS is.
How they responded on this message board is very telling though. You had pictures and proof of product failure and was still treated like a problem that needs to be swept under the carpet.
CS on the phone is a one to one issue, but responding on a message board lets everyone know how customer issues are treated. I was not impressed.
Good luck with your new parts. Maybe look into hardened steel bolts to be sure you don't have problems.
how'd the install go?Reading this as I sit here with my Steeda H-Pipe getting ready to be installed tomorrow... with the standard clamps it came with. Fingers crossed I have better luck.
Quick and easyhow'd the install go?

I would love to look into this for you - every email goes through our system & is assigned to multiple staff members - please send your email communication to [email protected] so that I can see where & what may have transpired.Yeah I had an issue once with their progressive lowering springs. 25Raptor,
Tell us about the business you own and manage.
Of course locking the thread is what Steeda is praying for.I think a better course would be for this thread to be locked since it seems the OP doesn't really want Steeda to replace the parts.
Hell, if the OP were near me I'd let him have a couple OE Ford exhaust clamps I've got laying around just get him to lighten up.

Right about what? That we asked a customer to contact us so we could actually help, instead of chasing an anonymous forum post? We’ve made repeated attempts to identify this person and asked several times for him to reach out so we can resolve the situation directly ... just like any responsible company would.Responses like this are why I won’t buy from Steeda lol - I have friends that warned me about yall and apparently they were right![]()
