I got a 2024 GT with resonator deleted H pipe + Borla S-Type Axlebacks. Initially I thought this would be enough for me so I didn’t get the ATAKS but I’m at the point where I want a little more craziness, more sound and excitement. Which leads me to believe my option is going for some aftermarket headers. I’m stuck on high flow cats vs catless along with which brands would nice if anyone has any clips of similar setups I’d love to hear. My main concern with catless is the smell, the noise is a welcome addition.

It’s not bad on the s650’s? I’ve seen videos from s550 owners saying the smell is pretty bad on theirs after going catless

I installed the Lethal/Kooks catless LT's and the exhaust smell is pretty bad. That's one of the reason's I run a higher ethanol blend, it still smells but at least it smells, and sounds like a race car.

What brand to go with really depends on how much you wanna spend.

Those LP/Kooks installed without issue,

2M LT's are cheap, but some say they have fitment issues,

Stainless Power LT's # SM24HCAT with high flo cats are on sale for $1,170 on Summit.

How bad is the smell inside the cabin and I’ve heard people say it gets stuck on their clothes after long drives

I guess it depends on how sensitive your sense of smell is, Personally I'd rather smell a little exhaust than cigarette smoke.

Traffic on my drive home in the afternoon has gotten bad over the last couple years and it can take me upwards of 30 minutes to go 5miles to clear a stretch of stop lights, I'm sure people around me think my exhaust smells like old 70's car.
I give them the full effect by manually downshifting and engine braking with the exhaust in track mode just to hear the echo off the cars around me. Breaks up the boredom for a few minutes til we get moving.

It does get a bit ripe sitting and idling with the windows down, but I haven't carried any exhaust smell into the house when I get home.

With the windows up and the AC on I occasionally get a whiff of exhaust sitting still but nowhere near what you get with the windows down.

You should not have any exhaust fumes entering the cabin moving down the road, If you do, you'd end up passing out from the carbon monoxide with the stock exhaust, you just wont smell the fumes as they kill you.
