Excessive play in left rear wheel. Connected to rear knuckle recall?

I’ve noticed the “chirping” that was referenced on another thread here upon moving either forward or backward from a stop. Not being able to just leave it alone, I jacked my rear end up to see if I could find anything obviously wrong. To my dismay, the left rear wheel has some pretty excessive play and noise in it. Yes I checked lug torque. One of the attached videos is the right rear for comparisons sake. Are both of these issues connected to the rear knuckle recall or could these be independent? 11,900 miles on the car and not the first issue, but definitely the most serious. Taking to the dealer bright and early Monday and will update thread. It’s parked until then.

While you had the rear off the ground did you try to check the knuckle numbers?

Before I start checking my Dark Horse 2024, does the serial numbers on the knuckles apply to the rear or front wheels? Clarification would be nice! Thanks!

Rear, and it must be said I'm not even sure it's a related issue.

Did you even try to tighten the large nut that hold the wheel bearing in that so often backs off??
