It was really easy to install, took about 15 minutes tops, the longest part was running the bumper camera wire through the rubber you can see in the picture. I didn’t run the wire through the grommets I just put it on the driver side fender up to the door and under the weather sill of the door to hide it.

Personally I went with the WolfBox G900 TriPro system it’s got a front bumper camera, interior dash cam, and a rear license plate camera. (I have the license plate camera on 3M tape mounted above the license plate area to prevent light bleeding into the frame.

Is it tied into the main display? Or is that the factory rear view camera?

Nah I was using an android box (like a tablet without a screen) and I downloaded my dash cam app and it worked lol, it’s also got the ability to also allow your phone to connect via car play built into the Android box

Thats pretty cool. An all inclusive 1 dash cam and digital mirror. Now I know most dash cams have terrible reviews due to bad clarity during night mode and also aren't clear at distances to get license plate #s. How would you say this one is for the dash cam part of it?

It’s not bad in night mode. I haven’t tried to take any at night yet. But l’ll try and remember to take some the next time I’m out at night. Only reason I went with this one. I haven’t tried the same brand different model on my 2022 F-150. It works fine for me so far.

Night is not bad. I went with this brand but different model on my 2022 F-150. It’s been working great for the time I have it on my truck. I next time I have my car out at night I’ll try to remember to take some pictures.
