Deceleration exhaust rattle

I have an Active GT S650. I installed the Rouch H pipe. The sound perfect in all modes.

BUT.

When in any mode other than quiet, during deceleration, I can hear tinney rattling sound. It's very odd and annoying. Again with valves closed no rattle.
I thought maybe a lose valve but had someone rev and decel while I pressure a long screwdriver against valves. No difference. All clamp tight and secured with no touching anywhere
I have been installing aftermarket and free flow exhaust for 30 years and this is a head scratcher.

Any thoughts.

No. Tight as a drum.

Mine does the same thing with the exact setup you have. I believe it’s just a characteristic of the h-pipe, very weird but at least it sounds epic 99% of the time haha

I used the Borela cross fire pipe sounds great no problems at all. In your case it sounds like the baffle's inside may be rattling due to poor weld or something like that.

I wouldn’t really can it a rattle per se more of like the exhaust sighing it’s really hard to explain. My YouTube video shows it

Ever figure this out? My completely stock Dark Horse has this.

First I dont think there are baffles in the H pipe. It only did after the H pipe install.
I fixed it by removing the entire system and installed a Borla cat back.
All good now.
