On my DH the rear window defroster is broken since October and my dealer says although they know the part number it's not possible to order it. I got my DH abut a year ago, it took them until December to install the correct spoiler but now I'm waiting for a rear window. Technically I never had the car in a perfect car since I received it.
It would be interesting to see if legally it's OK to sell us the car and not to have the spoiler and when some major part like a defroster is broken they are unable to replace it.

So you still waiting for the replacement? Ford dealer can easily get it and install. Some dealers are more lazy than others.

Yup, still nothing.
I wonder if Ford still cares about European customers. Feels like everything is taking ages to get done. First Mustang but as much as I wanted it I'm not sure if I can stay a long time customer.
I love the car, no question but during the year since I have it, there wasn't a single day when the car had no outstanding issues or missing parts. So far I still don't have the car I paid for already.

You have 2 options:

1) sell the car back to dealership.

2) work on it yourself or bring it to a shop.

Have you tried a glass company? In the UK dealers would never replace windows it would always be done by a glass company such as Autoglass (Carglass in Hungary)

It could be done, but the car is under warranty so I don't really want to spend money on it.
