hard to believe! I def plan on doing this, then playing on local tracks. Anybody played at Carolina Motorsports Park? Any others in the southeast? This one less than 2 hrs from me.Yes, it is an amazing time. You’ll learn a lot and have a ton of fun. And Ford lets you beat the hell out of a DH that doesn’t belong to you!
Per the staff there, less than 10% of owners participate. I went and it was a ball.Curious as to how many DH owners have done this? Ive watched a few vids, looks like a blast!
seeing that I want to take my new ride to tracks, I think I would benefit from it, and I am sure it is a blastPer the staff there, less than 10% of owners participate. I went and it was a ball.
I assume your DH is in your picture? Where was this taken? I see you are in Georgia, wondering where you take your car to have fun?I bought mine used with like 800 miles on it. I do not think I am eligible.
That was at Road Atlanta, in Braselton, Georgia. Due to sponsorship, it is now called Michelin Road Atlanta. It is constructed to FIA standards and can host international events. 2.54 miles with some very high speed sections. There are some large changes in elevation that make the track interesting, too.I assume your DH is in your picture? Where was this taken? If you have never ran on a roadcourse, it does not have to be the track attak. Check out a local track. We went to the track attak. It was fun, exhausting, and expensive due to flight, hotel, etc.I bought mine used with like 800 miles on it. I do not think I am eligible.
My avatar is on Road Atlanta three days after I purchased the car!If you have never ran on a roadcourse, it does not have to be the track attak. Check out a local track. We went to the track attak. It was fun, exhausting, and expensive due to flight, hotel, etc.
Since going we have taken private lessons at a road course. Much more relaxing. Only downfall is you are using your car. But as an amateur, there was no risk of me pushing it too hard or wrecking. $300 per person and takes about 3 hours.
The point is- get out there and do it.

I let my son and grandson go in my place. They haven't stopped talking about it!Curious as to how many DH owners have done this? Ive watched a few vids, looks like a blast!
When you register they ask for a VIN number. I would go to the website and see if you can register. Worth a shot.I bought mine used with like 800 miles on it. I do not think I am eligible.
Ok, I will try it out. I just assumed they would know who was the original owner. When you register they ask for a VIN number. I would go to the website and see if you can register. Worth a shot.
