Dark Horse Rear Differential Gear Whine at 65-70 mph

Does anyone else have this noise? It's a rear diff. gear whine only at a certain speed range, and can be made
to disappear with throttle application.

It's not loud - just noticeably annoying and only at that certain speed range

look at the RPM's when it makes the noise.

Then drive the car in a lower gear at that RPM and see if you hear it again

Then you can tell if it is RPM or speed dependent

Is it a resonant frequency drone?

X or H piped?

Ford's stupid use of the speakers to add noise to the car feature screwing up?
