Same here. Had a transmission-area clunk when gently braking to a stop, right ~3mph. Could feel it through the floorboard, sometimes almost felt like being lightly rear-ended. Same clunk shifting R<>D (10R80). At times I could also hear/feel the clunk when it decelerated ~17mph as well, though 3mph was more consistent.

Took it to the dealer, brought them TSB 20-2253 (2018-2020 Expeditions/Navigators) and while they didn't officially write it up as that, they did that exact procedure and it fixed it. This is where the 'transmission output flange' splines and 'anti-ting ring' need lubrication with some grease.

The car seems to drive a little smoother with less drivetrain vibration now too. Ford is really sloppily slapping these driveshafts together at the factory, might be unbalanced, not properly lubed, etc.

I own a 2021 F 150, And yes when slowing down from 3rd to 2nd, and sometimes 2nd to 1st gear I would feel and hear that clunk. I lived with it for 4 years and 65k miles, Finally My dealer put a new transmission in, But guess what? It still does the same clunk, even worse, Not all the time, Maybe 3 to 4 times a week. Ill live with it until the truck dies!
