Custom profiles just disappeared

EDIT: i'm saying a stupidity... it was to avoid to remember those things at each start, but you still have to select the custom mode. I must had a dream last night (or read it somewhere...) ... sorry.

Still a good advise anyway, those might be the most annoying features of the car...

Yes, before it was: select custom, keep speed limit pressed for seconds, double click on lane assistant... a pain every time you stop/restart your car. It was fun the first days/weeks then it become stupid after a while. Now (at least) it's just double click to select custom and there you go (but it would be nice to have default there as well).

That's another thing that I can't understand. I currently own another car with this same custom profile feature (waaaay better one, to be honest, but that's another story), and it always keeps the last selected profile. What's the problem with that? Doesn't this make much more sense than resetting the status everytime? Or almost giving the option of choosing if you want to keep it or not.

EPA e other limitations (same for the assists). You don't want your car starting with non eco-modes, or with aids disabled (luckily we have a solution for this..), etc. Mostly aren't Ford choice, but they are "forced" to do so.

Makes sense. I guess that's the price to pay for not joining the EV sect...

Now im gonna have to check when I get home. There was a quiet update the other day. I can always tell when they happen because my custom gauges go back to factory default colors and my shift indicator setting goes away

Sometime that happen when your changes aren't sent back to the servers (if it's a recent change or for whatever undefined reason), so when a new update updates that specific module, the previous sets are applied.
