Ever since a couple months ago, I've been wanting to install a rear facing dashcam. I've searched all over the internet to try and find solutions, but couldn't find one that was close to what I was looking for. I saw another thread with a solution but required disassembly of the back seat and drilling screws into them, which was not what I wanted to do. Lately, I've come up with my solution to this problem. I 3D printed a mount that would use double sided adhesive to stick onto the top of the rear seat. It doesn't hinder with the opening and closing of the convertible top, and requires barely any installation apart from running wires to the back to connect the dashcam. Please let me know your thoughts.

I posted the files for 3D printing on MakerWorld for those interested in printing one. I can also set up an Etsy listing to help print it for those who don't have a 3D printer.

It looks awesome. I installed the dashcam a few months back. I could not find any solution I liked, so I ended up buying a dashcam that has an outdoor rear view camera. The installation wasn't too difficult, though I had to remove the plastic panel in the back of the trunk. I am happy with the result. But if I had to do it again today I might buy your mount at Etsy. Apologies for the dirt in the picture. The wash is long overdue.

What Filament did you use? PETG? I live in FL so might have to use ABS.
