How come nobody tells you these things before you order. I kind of wish I knew that going into it. Kind of bummed. Do the golf clubs still fit in it then if you need two bags?

It's a little tight with one cart bag. I think you might be able to finagle two bags, but I have not tried it..

OK! I am going to take off on this one...

They need a "tub" to control the strength of a high HP car for occupant safety or for any vehicle with no roof and this size.

Why do they need to hold your hand on spending 50K, how about you do some research on your own and know wtf you are buying, unless 50K is chump change. Then I digress and am not in the same playing field to have the helpers, helping.

My wife didn't buy a Viper because she could not fit her clubs in it

They did fit quite nicely in a Boxster S though.... so that is the car she bought

They also fit in my C4 without a problem.

She drove my 07 Mustang once.... she backed it out of the garage... so far she has shown no interest in the 24 and IMHO that is a good thing.

Our daily drivers are Highlanders, we each have one.... plenty of room for clubs in the Family Trucksters

Even if you got the rear seat back to fold down on top of the rear seat cushions, I would guess the depth of the tub for the roof would make any pass thru useless.

Verts in Mustangs never had fold down rear seats. Some people that have the coups don't realize theirs fold down.🤷🏻‍

I had researched which version to get. Must not have been asking myself the right questions, kind of new to this car stuff. It was just something that I hadn't seen in the forums or online until now. It's not that big of a deal. It was an overreaction on my part. Sticking with the vert. I was more worried about what the wife was going to say. lol

Not asking to hold anyone's hand in this process. But if you know anyone, let me know. lol

I have experience with this. So, you can fit two golf bags in the back, as long as they're not tour bags - think Rodney in CaddyShack. I find that if you slide the top of the golf bag heads first into the left side of the trunk it makes it pretty easy. And to make it even easier, take your driver(s) out of the bag and lay them out separately.

@JRONET @Adamrx11 ..... guys on a convertible the top folds in behind the seats. Allegedly Ford had experimented with a fold down seat but if anything got in the way or the owners forgot and dropped the top, you immediately did about $4k damage as mechanisms were bent and the top ripped. What Ford did do was create a much bigger trunk than its competitors, particularly the Camaro. For a sports car convertible that trunk is massive. I have friends with Camaros, BMWs and Nissan Zs who drool over our Mustang convertible trunk sizes.

I just looked at the back seat in my ragtop.

On a coupe there are relief cuts in the seat bottom to the left and right of the transmission tunnel to allow the bottom hinge to rotate forward as the seat back is lowered.

On the ragtop those relief cuts are not there which leads me to believe that a different seat is used in the ragtop, and there is no way just to unfasten the rear seat back where the release mechanism would have been and fold the seat.

That and chances are the rear seat is different to allow for the roof lifting mechanism I would guess it is slightly narrower
