Color matched Grile inserts

THIS is how it’d look. I did some computer modeling, then had my car “Daisy” wrapped that way. I LOVE IT! (I even had them wrap he stripe through the RTR hood vent, so it was more obviously not stock).

I don't normally like the stripes but in this case it looks real nice. Car looks great.

Yes, that was in response to someone wondering what it would look like if ALL the black were body-color.

For nearly two decades, reviewers have been praising the fact that the Mustang grill vents are REAL, and functional. Now Ford went and designed a fake grill. That didn’t sit right with me, so I did something about it.

Well, the vents are still real and functional. Probably more so than before with the dual intake design.

But if you prefer all the black trim to be body color, then do it. I personally think it looks great as is.

Damn, @Clawfford ! Your projects are costing me too much money!

First it was the door card accent stripe, now this front end stuff! Looks a lot better than the OEM "black"! Gonna check in with my body shop to see how much they'll want to color match my Rapid Red (no stripe for me).

Post it up if you end up doing the do. Will be curious to see how it looks without the stripe. It is pretty sharp, should be an option akin to seatbelts.
