The other day I started to hear a ticking sound that follows my speed that sounded like it was coming from outside my driver's window. Very quick when going 60 and can also be heard creeping in the driveway.
First thing I thought was it sounded like something in the tire. I jacked up each corner and thoroughly checked each tire and nothing. I also rotated them while in the air and heard nothing.
I then enlisted my dad's help and we narrowed it down to definitively be coming from the drivers front wheel with the outside perspective. He marked the tire on the bottom when he heard the noise but then it would slowly advance from that spot as I would keep driving up the driveway. Not sure at this point but I was hoping it would be something I, or my dad and I, could take care of. Any ideas? 24 with 8k miles nothing suspension or related aftermarket installed.
