I tracked my Railcar via Norfolk Southern.
The car has been in "actual placement" in Voltz Kansas City since 9/5 .
Does anyone know what that means?
I was told it was going to Kansas City then up to Granger via Convoy.

Norfolk Southern Tracking:

Call 1-800-635-5768
Dial # 2 for intermodal
Dial # 2 again for tracing

When it asks you to enter the alphabetical portion use the keys that correspond with the letter.. # to finish input.

Example: I was COER 900500 .

Alphabetical: 2637 #
Numerical 900500 #

It will repeat your info as all numbers press 1 to confirm

Takes ~10 seconds to process, then it will then translate your numbers to alphabet and give you your info.

Yes FINALLY! lol It is somewhere in Missouri.... so it's close. It sounded like hail scanner. I couldn't understand the operator for shit. After 3 weeks in Melvinpoop it's nice to see it move.

Hopefully this week for you. A guy on facebook is in the yard at KC for two weeks now. Honestly expecting the car around EOM Sept beginning October. Right about the time the colder weather rolls in. Figures hahaha

Still in New Boston since 8/21, 3 weeks. My window sticker hasn’t been available for the last 2 weeks, so I’ve been worried there’s some kind of issue. After contacting my salesman and sales manager about 3 times, they finally told me they would look into what’s going on with their inventory specialist.

They let you complete the sale even though the vehicle is not on the lot? Never heard of that before.

They were hesitant too but with it being shipped they allowed me to.

I am pretty bummed, i went from the first order made at my dealer, the first order pulled to be scheduled for my dealer to(over the stock vehicles they ordered) to.....not having my car yet, and finding out a few moments they recieved a stock car and sold that stock car already.

Guess ill be waiting more.

Yea, Ford chat will give you a rail car # once its actually on a rail.

Hang in there, I was getting pretty bummed as well waiting, ordered 3/28, built 6/16 and then when they started to release them, watched many others arrive weeks ago while mine sat. It arrived yesterday, picked it up last night hoping that everything met my approval. Car is bad a$$, couldn't stop driving it last night. So glad that I didn't do anything brash as I was on the brink of cancelling.

Well got on tracker Message now says "Your Mustang is Now Awaiting Shipping". Would be AWESOME if I got it in a couple days. Talked to my sales guy and he said they received two dealer stock Mustangs last Friday. A convertible GT and a ECOBUST. So it looks promising.
