Does anyone know of a way to purchase the brembos aftermarket? Found one place to purchase fronts only, but really want them for all 4 wheels.

I assume you have a GT? If so all brakes are Brembos. But the upgraded Brembo's have 6 piston vs 4 piston fronts. The rears are 2 piston vs 1.

The issue with doing the upgrade aftermarket is the rears. The upgraded brembo package has a drift brake AND rear caliper. This means different hardware is involved and a lot more is need to be changed. I looked into it once and it was quite expensive to source all the parts needed.

However, if you are looking to track the car and you want better brakes, just doing the fronts is plenty. The S550 PP and Mach 1 cars had 6 piston fronts and single piston rears and they did just fine. The rears were simply painted to match the front caliper color.

Just go on market place and they are always parting out new mustangs so just by the brakes from there otherwise you will be spending a lot to get unused ones.

Like others have said, the rear brakes would be a major issue. The fronts are easy, though. The S650 has essentially the same knuckle as the S550. I was able to buy some remanufactured S550 Brembos for track use. Really no issues bolting on and swapping. Some have mentioned swapping out the brake booster as well, I haven’t found it super necessary.
