I had the BCM recall and the complimentary oil change performed in Jan. I dropped it off at the dealership where I purchased the car at 10 am. I was called the next morning to pick it up. When I look it the Ford app, it shows as "scheduled maintenance" and "cooling". No mention of the BCM recall being performed. The dealer also didn't reset the oil change reminder. Should I bring this up to the service department?

Yes. Yes. And yes.

Lazy dealer didnt update the history. Resetting the oil life is part of the service. Which makes me wonder if they even did anything.

The recall drops off Ford's OASIS site when the dealer submits the claim to Ford and its paid. It usually takes about 3 days. No dealer sits on warranty claims, we want the money that Ford owes us!
As regards FordPass, I have had customers show me on their phone where the recall was still outstanding, yet it was clear on OASIS. I feel like customers think the FordPass is gospel, when in reality, there are many inaccuracies and glitches in it. Its Like Carfax, its good info to have, but its not 100% the last word.
