Ok, finally found it. I wish all of your posts about this were in one thread.

Mine is at the dealer right now - coolant smell, having to add coolant several times now.
oh man.....hope the car will be ok....

Awaiting for that recall.......

The thread.

I was hoping it would describe more about what happened, what the dealer found, that sort of thing, but it is scattered in several threads with no one thread explaining what happened and what they found.

I had sent the verdict in you DMs . I had cc'ed few others as well
Here it is :

"
Verified customer concern. found contamination in engine cooling system and customer provided oil levels from previous services. checked oasis for related technical service bulletins and special service messages, none found. checked for codes, no related codes present. By symptom, performed excessive oil consumption test. inspected positive crankcase ventilation system for incorrectly installed or loose hoses, grommets, no concerns found. Inspected underside of engine oil cap for sludge, no sludge.

Performed relative compression test, cylinder one shows 15% difference from all other cylinders. removed all spark plugs and performed manual compression test.
cyl #1 – 155 psi
cyl #2 – 160 psi
cyl #3 – 185 psi
cyl #4 – 190 psi
cyl #5 – 190 psi
cyl #6 – 185 psi
cyl #7 – 190 psi
cyl #8 – 185 psi

Poured oil into cylinder #1 and #2 and repeat compression test.
cyl #1 – 195 psi
cyl #2 – 200 psi

Likely excessive piston ring wear. Performed cylinder leakage test to verify. Checked on cylinder #1 and #2.
cyl #1 – 12% leakage
cyl #2 – 10%

Spec is 10% or less. Removed engine oil cap with tester on cyl #1, can hear hissing from air. Increased compression from adding oil to combustion chamber indicates worn piston rings. Leaking air heard from oil fill indicates worn valve seals or rings.

Due to discoloration of engine coolant, suspect head gasket failing or warped sealing surfaces. Worn rings require engine short block. Vehicle qualifies for low time in service long block. Recommend replacing engine long block. "

Now to mention, I never had issues with this motor before or any visible leaks anywhere...I was just picky and recording everything that I saw...That engine made ~435 on the wheels ....

I’ve been watching mine as it is below the min level. Hoping it is just the system having burped, but we’ll see.

Add coolant, take a photo, and wait. Check it every once in a while and take more photos.

Will do. I’ve taken the first photo of where it is currently. I’ll stop and pick some up. When did it concern you to the point where you were like, “okay this is really not right” ?

When I realized it was not normal fluctuation and would hit the Min line in a few hundred miles.

It is pretty difficult to find the Ford approved spec coolant at the brick and mortar stores. I ended up ordering the Motorcraft version from Rockauto.com, and paid for the 50% mixture. I know, I paid for water, but now I do not have to worry about mixing the coolant with the proper kind of water to add a little bit to go from Min back to Max.
