Interesting to note that Stoner Car Care now have an official website and webstore in Australia.

Australia Stoner

Most will know the brand for their glass products, including the benchmark Invisible Glass. However, the brand has quite an extensive range of products, most of which were previously limited to the US market. The local auto stores and detailing retailers only carried the glass cleaning products and tools, some also stocked Tarminator and a citrus based solvent.

Apart from Invisible Glass, the Reach & Clean Tool and Tarminator, I can't vouch for the rest of the lineup. However, its great to have another brand in the mix.

Hi @5.0ALM,

It's been 8 weeks since it got my car wrapped and coated and so far it's excellent, no complaints. Therefore would you mind adding Mint Paint Protection to the sticky for Sydney based owners?

https://www.mintpaintprotection.com.au/

Owner/Head detailer is Jaydee 0421 853 800

For those interested, my spec was a paint correction, full wrap in Suntek reaction gloss, IGL ceramic on all exterior surfaces plus wheels and calipers and also window tinting. Price for all this was middle of the range ($7,900 inc GST)

He's done a few S550's and now done at least one S650 so whoever follows won't be a guinea pig :)

Can anyone tell why you would bother advertising something on your social media channels, but don't actually bother having it represented on your online store?

Example, MyStangMods showing off their new "custom" steering wheels for S650. Cool, I might go and check them out. Find their website, try multiple searches, crickets.............................................

I like to think that I'm a VERY well-seasoned online shopper, but the only steering wheels I could find were for S550. Why advertise something when a listing does not even exist? The whole Mustang aftermarket in this country is complete amateur hour!

Just ordered all weather floor mats and a boot liner from Mancave Garage - they're charging $125 for shipping to Syd Metro - what a rort!

That has to be a glitch, the same item for me came up with $49.70 shipping to northern Vic.

The boot liner adds $75 to the shipping, it only costs $200 odd to begin with.

These guys are taking the piss, be aware!

Ah, sorry I missed that.

I've bought from that company before and was happy with their service. But.......................

Pretty much all of the aftermarket Mustang retailers in Australia are on crack. Be that the ridiculous pricing, to the pathetic customer service, and woeful webstores. There just isn't the same level of competition in Australia for the Mustang aftermarket, so these companies are naming their prices and providing terrible customer service, some don't even respond. There just isn't an incentive to do better, and frankly, they don't deserve your business.

Agreed, it cost me less to get a genuine PP spoiler shipped over here from the US, painted black and installed, than getting one unpainted from Mustang Motorsport

The mats and liner are OEM, can get cheaper via ebay -doesn't explain crappy shipping costs. It is the way of things I suppose.

I'll be more circumspect in the future
