Apple Carplay is horrendous

Yesterday, I deleted the phone from the car and then re-added it. We will see if it fixed it permanently.

I do appreciate the guidance on how to reset the system (right arrow and volume down). It definitely resolves the issue, but I am having to reset it in this manner EVERY time I start the car. Other than this issue, I love the car.
