My wife likes Quiet Mode, and sometimes so do I. Noise is tiring. Otherwise Sport and Track modes are not worth didley.
Sport mode is pretty similar to normal, it just opens up a little bit earlier across the power band and throttle application. Track mode leaves the valve fully open at all times. I love track mode. But I basically use either track or quiet at this point. I never use sport and almost never use normal.

I think it's worth the money because the quad tips look better and because the active exhaust sounds good with a resonator delete X or H pipe, a fairly inexpensive mod. With S550s the non active exhaust doesn't sound as good with an H or X pipe, so many owners change out the whole catback. I'm not sure if it's the same with the S650 since I have active exhaust, but it would not surprise me if it is.
I believe the active exhaust is the only way to go.
Chances are you’ll have the car for a very long time. The active exhaust looks really cool compared to a single exhaust. You have four different tones you can put your exhaust in.
The Mustang will be your second largest purchase next to your home. Why not spend a few extra bucks that you won’t regret.
if you go with a single exhaust it won’t be the same, and you may regret it
My Ford dealers around here in the Denver area.
You can’t find a single exhaust GT Mustang.
No such thing, they’re all active exhaust.
You might want to consider the bamboo brakes. They are the best.

Some of the comments here make me wonder why you all bought Mustangs. 🤦🏻
All of the modes are great, i honestly miss how different they were on stock active. Now with ford performance exhaust, sport and track sound almost the same

Just went for a drive with my wife today, she even commented how quiet the exhaust was. I had it in sport mode, which is my go to in custom mode. Unless you get into it, it’s very docile. I have track mode set as my favorite “star” button. It’s for zoom zoom opportunities or the hearing impaired🤔

I have it the opposite. I have quiet set to the star button. It’s the only reliably way I have found to immediately turn off track mode regardless of what the screen is trying to do. It also lets me set it to quiet mode immediately after start up.

Well I live in the country, with my closest neighbor at 400 yards away. My roosters crow at flipping 4 o’clock in the morning, I’m just letting the stang warm up. It’s kinds like napalm in the morning, nothing like the smell or in this case sound.

I was backing out of my garage when two kids on bikes went past. I saw them staring at the car and they stopped just up the road to look. I gave it a couple of bootfuls in neutral for them.
You should have seen the grins and eyes light up.
There's still hope for modern kids.
God I hope so.

I bought a Mustang because I didn’t like my C8 Corvette. Plus there was no Camaro or Charger in Hemi form To buy.

What did you think of C8 vs Mustang? Does C8 feel a lot faster?
Yes, yes, and yes. The C8 was the most precise vehicle I ever drove. The engine was great, as was the transmission, and handling. The best. It looked wild, too. Easy to change oil. Great interior materials. Good cameras. Now…hard in and egress, seat that hits you in the shoulder blade, hard ride no matter what magnetic setting, no hood to see, lousy driver’s screen, mode select, steering wheel controls, and 16 speaker stereo. There’s too much to fiddle with while driving. The Mustang takes us back one notch to a simpler time, especially if you have the 6 spd. It isn’t perfect, but it’s a smooth operator, a decent ride, decent handling, power, good comfort, controls, screens, and I can get in and out.

Thanks fellas, I did drive the standard and it was good but when I started up the AE next to it, no comparison. My dealer has 2 of the standard GT exhaust cars.
Would you say it was louder or sounded better, or both?
