YouTube themselves marked the video as AI-Generated, and the Gemini summary notes this is just a re-imagination.
If a Boss 429 were on the way, we'd be seeing mules already. And with the next generation seemingly imminent, a 429 ci engine would need to already be undergoing testing.

Yea. I just finished watching it. didn't notice the tiny AI disclaimer at first. Has a few errors between the visuals, and voice over too.
