It's not a 2003.25 6.0L. So I'm not complaining. I lived that life like no other. 120+ running changes on the engine alone to 2004 and even more to 2005.Honestly not sure. Really odd honestly. This model year has gotten so many recalls it’s insane.
By the way, the main reason Ford has locked down the programming is to 'help' insure a safe driving experience. Just count yourself lucky you don't own a Chrysler product with a wide open back door!
Lmao yeah, but still kind of annoying. I get it’s a first model year, but this thing has gotten double digit recalls now. This is crazy. Not to mention, this recall also has no remedy until 2025
They notify you by mail but this one they aren’t doing yet because there’s no fix yet. To see if you’re affected go to NHTSA.gov, recalls, put in your VIN. It’ll say if your production date is affected.Do you receive notification from dealership or Ford regarding recalls if it affects your car? I haven't received any, I've gone online and entered my VIN, it says no recalls for this VIN. Are these recalls for all 24 Mustangs? I've only noticed some glitches when using Android Auto but that's about it "knock on wood".
There’s a lot of truth right there. How many times has one of your vendors suffered a data breach?Nobody takes security seriously until they have to, and if it’s not designed in from the start it’s useless
Totally agree whats the dealHonestly not sure. Really odd honestly. This model year has gotten so many recalls it’s insane.
I fail to understand sometimes how a huge motor vehicle company fails to have decent quality control. It’s not a hole in the wall company. They are one of the biggest.Yup, happened to me. I Googled at the time and found others on Reddit, etc. who posted similar experiences.

The quality of these cars leaves a lot to be desired. So many issues from body fitment to tech to straight-up defective design (i.e. front fender liner holes).
