2024 Mustang GT(musty odor)

There's a musty odor emitting from the engine bay. (without the car being started). Any ideas what could be causing this. I do not notice the smell inside the cabin(with the ac turned on/off)

No idea. Worth cleaning the engine bay I assume. Most musty smells come from a closed system getting cold then hot then cold again in cycles such as the A/C duct and condenser area. May have a dead animal or something outside in the engine bay or under that car. Check in front of the radiator for a bird as well.
