2024 California Special - Thoughts?

Looking for the group's thoughts on the 2024 California Special Package? I'm new to the Mustang world and I understand the color of blue used on the 2024 version is a bit "controversial".

This one has every option I'm interested in - Manual, Performance Pack, Magneride, Exhaust. Very hard to find one with all these options.

Yep - not my first choice either. Here are a couple of more shots. That blue is on the wheels and the front grill. Also, blue upholstery.

I love that blue interior. Reminds me of the old Foxbody days. I’m not a fan of the blue highlights on any other color than white. That’s a beautiful car- if you like
it - buy it!

I have seen the Cs and don't like the side stripe (never have on stangs) really dislike the blue "nostrils" at the front and the weird blue edged rims. The blue stitching on the seats was ok. Cars are so personal but since you asked I would keep looking.

Getting every option on a 2024 is very difficult. Could order a 2025 but the pricing has gone way up. That this 2024 with these options is still available speaks to the fact that not everyone is digging the look.

Looks good! The blue does not stand out as much on the black as it does on the white - a good thing. Also, yours doesn't have the blue wheels.

Funny - you have a black mustang parked next to your black Ford Truck. My white Mustang (this CS or another one) is going to be parked next to my white Ford Truck and my wife's white Explorer ST. We know what our favorite color vehicles are!

I really like the upper grille, badging and seat color of the California Special. I'm indifferent towards the side stripes. I wish the lower grille and air vents matched the design of the upper grille. All that said, I'd get one with an automatic and active exhaust if I could.

Not a fan. Ford already uses plenty of blue on the Dark Horse. Not sure why the California Special is blue'd out too.

Don't waste your money on a 7G GT/CS. What a disappointment that styling is. Why would it get the blue accents? Strange idea that was. I'd get a GT performance pack and put some stripes on it

If you want a California Special, I say get a 6G GT/CS. Way better looking and tasteful styling plus they will be cheaper than the new ones. Plenty of low mileage ones out there for sale.

man, that car is awesome. I would get the roof, spoiler, and mirrors wrapped blue to match, like a nite pony and be done. Have to see the side stripes in person. Don't like em? 15 mins with a hair dryer and they are gone. I may have to call them, if you are interested don't delay. Which dealer?

I think it looks great love the interior and in Atlas blue its really nice. I would not wait to long the 25's are way more money.

@razorwired .....I have had three "white" Fords, I think two were Oxford and one from waaay back was Wimbledon or something like that. ATT. 2014 Mustang, Oxford. I do like the Ford Oxford White......and I especially liked that the 2014 Premium Pony package that all white trim - an almost total white look, except for the front grille and the taillights.
